She was
born in April 17, 1885 in Denmark, and she died in September 7, 1962, in
Denmark too.
She
married her cousin and she went with him to Africa. They directed a coffee
plantation there in Kenya. They divorced and after 10 years she returned to
Denmark. And there she wrote her memories in Kenya in the book "Out of
Africa".
