Nazik Al-Malaika

Nazik was an Iraqi woman. Al-Malaika was born on Baghdad in August 23 ,1923. She was a poet and is considered one of the most important woman because of her free verse. Her mother was also a poet, and her father was a teacher of Arabic. Her parents were more different than the other people. They were more liberal and they had got an open mind.
The education of her parents made her look with different eyes the world.                     

 She wrote her first poem at the age of 10. Then she wrote a lot of poems that were  characteristic for the free verse and the romantic and modernist poetry.
She wrote "al-kolera" poem which was considered by the critics as a revolution in the Arabic poetry in 1947. This poetic revolution manifested a wish to break the rules of classical Arabic poetry. Nazik was considered the first poet who changed the usual poetry.

Her final volume "shagrt al-qamar» ("Tree of the Moon") being  published in 1968.                                                        
 The fall of the Hashemite dynasty and the proclamation of the Republic of Iraq in 1958 made her move to Beirut. She lived in Kuwait until Saddam Hussein invaded that country in 1990.      
Al-Malaika and her family left to Cairo, where she lived for the rest of her life. She died in Cairo in 2007 at the age of 83.

Anne Bancroft was born in New York in 1931 and was died in New York in 2005. Her real name is Anna Maria Louisa Italiano, Anne's moments are Italian.

She was an actres, she started to practised for 4 years, and she studied in an School Art Dramatic. At first she worked in Century Fox company.

Anne Bancroft became a professional actres in USA. She won a someone prizes; One oscar, two Gold Globe and three BAFTA. 

She was married in 1953 and 1964, and in 1972 had a son.

In 2005 she was died because she had a cancer.
